Overclocking 2600k Help

Hello,
I am trying to overclock my 2600k to 4.5ghz. I am running the stress test and its only going to about 88% stress, not a full 100%. My vcore is at 1.31. Any help and suggestions for the test, what settings should i use to run the test and what should i change in the BIOS?
Also I am running a H80.

The stress test? Do you mean Prime95? That's the most widely used stress testing program. Run Prime95 for 12 hours and if it doesn't crash and doesn't really get over 60-70c you should be good.

Should be stable if you're lucky enough... With a decent motherboard.

If you get <80'C and doesn't crash, you're good to go.

I know, but its not fully stressing it. It only stressing to 88% when I see it on task manager.
