I5-650 Graphics card

If I put together an Intel i5-650 with a Intel BOXDH55HC LGA 1156 Mother Board, do I need a graphics card?
Even if not necessary, should I add a graphics card for basic home use (not a gamer)?

If I use an Intel i5-750 instead of the 650, do I need a graphics card?

And,
How much RAM does an i5 need for decent use? is 4GB enough? The board can hold as much as 16, but the cost is huge...

I figured an intel board would work best with intel processor, I will check out the other board!
