Monitoring Applications~Low Resources

So, I am looking for software to output basic infomation about my computer, cpu usage & temp, gpu usage & temp, ram usage & temp?, net up and down, and hdd read & write? I currently have CoreTemp, but the gui is blah, I am more interested in text base gui and if possible within the taskbar too. I really enjoy the basic gnome setup from gnu/linux distros. Is there anything similar to this?

BTW, if anyone is looking for a really really low resource virtual desktop / multiple workspace application, try mdesktop. I don't know why microsoft kick the idea of multiple desktops.

ClearInfo is a program used to monitor such things as CPU usage, virtual memory usage, physical memory usage, uptime, it will also show your currently playing song, MBM Temps, CPU name, and speed it is currently running at. ClearInfo is provided free of charge for personal use as long as it is not modified in any way.

Does the software only offer a temp read out for the cpu or anything else?
