please tell me the solution my graphic when i try to open my PC the monitor in not monituring when i saw the graphic that the fan is spinning slow and not its regular speed please tell me the solution of this graphic card problem is there is problem in my motherboard or in graphic card

If the fan on the graphic card has seized, then the card may well have overheated and died.

but it run some time perfectly this is happen few time

Then either the card or the PSU has been slowly failing for some time and now one or both have finally given up.
