Antec 7 paste or CM 212 EVO stock paste?

I have Antec 7 from when I fixed my PS3 YLOD but the 212 EVO comes with its own paste.
Which should I use?
I've read Antec 7 is better than AS5, but I can't seem to find anything on the paste that comes with the 212 EVO
