Will my GPU fit my MoBo

Hey I was just wondering will my XFX HD-577X-ZNFC Radeon HD 5770 fit on my ASUS P7H55-M Pro Motherboard?

Any info or help would be greatly appreciated! =)

MoBo and CPU is there anything better I can get for about the same price? Would there be a better processor... AMD or Intel and a better MoBo? I have been told that ASUS is a really good Mobo builder but that info could be wrong any info would be great =)

Oh and i was wondering if there was a recommendation on RAM as well... this is what i have picked out.

Well, for a little more ($339.98) u can get this:

Phenom II X4 955 and Gigabyte 890FXA-UD5 the i5-650 is a dual core the Phenom X4 955 is a quad core and the Gigabyte mobo is a very good OC mobo.

ASUS is very good too, but is more expensive that Gigabyte. This G.Skill 1600 are much better with the same price but better speed and CL.
