I have AMD Overdrive on, and in my bios it says the multiplier is running it at 1333Mhz, but in the program it says 670mhz. Is this normal, or is there an issue that I need to address in the bios

The memory runs internally as double data rate 667x2=1333, this is normal, no problems. The overdrive has apparently only been applied to the cpu.

Thanks, I know that was kind of silly I guess. I wasn't aware it did that, though.
