how high will you overclock remaining on that stock cooler? as mr yak has said, getting a hyper 212 evo is a good venture into OC'ing and cheap as well.

to answer:
is it enough to maintain a "decent" cpu's temperature while gaming

i dont wanna oc.. just wanna know that will the stock cooler b alright if i do some heavy gaming and maintain a normal cpu temp..???

Even of you don't wish to oc at this point in time, you may in the future.

The primary benefit really is heat kills components over the course of years.. If you really do not ever oc and only intended on keeping the cpu for 5 years then the stock cooler will suffice.
