hello people now i want to ask u that using ready boost on win 7 will enhance R.A.M and will my games performance be increased

It just allocates a space in the USB flash drive to act as a pagefile instead of your HDD.
Most SSD devices have faster access times + faster read speeds than a magnetic HDD, which is what ReadyBoost takes advantage of.

Offloading the pagefile onto a separate drive also increases loading performance (very slightly) when your system is under heavy load.
