I would try to get some lower latency RAM.
OCZ Platinum 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227478

Also, since you can't crossfire on that board, why not get a 550W PSU or even a 450W
CORSAIR CMPSU-550VX 550W ATX12V V2.2 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Compatible with Core i7

I went ahead and recommended a 550W because that GPU could use an upgrade; get this one minimum.
XFX HD-577A-ZHFC Radeon HD 5770 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150457

Then get this HDD
SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 HD502HJ 500GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822152181

There's a form in my sig that you could fill out, as well.

get this psu instead

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817341022&cm_re=ocz_550w-_-17-341-022-_-Product

550w ocz psu which is modular and has a nice read fan to match your case. And with rebate it's only $40!

Also this HDD will be better, even though it's not as big (500gb) it's an overall better HDD.

The hard drive and the cooler master hyper 212 PLUS (make sure you buy the plus version not regular) are out of stock. My advice would be to wait because nothing in those price ranges offer the same type of performance.

Thanks for the advice.
I will be ordering on Nov 25 to save 10%.

So if the cooler master 212 and the HDD are still out of stock I will need other options.

I can figure out the HDD, But I would appreciate other options for the CPU Cooler.

THanks!!

PSU is overkill. 550W should be enough for you, even if you upgrade later to a better GPU. Corsair is great, though.
Get a better and larger HDD, with at least 500Gb. Samsung has great products.

np, have fun building, I just put together my first system last month. It's much easier then you think just take your time and be sure to use anti-static hand clip or some rubber gloves. Also put your psu in your case first and then just plug it in to an outlet (dont turn the psu on), this'll ground your case so you wont worry about shocking your mobo by accident when sliding it into the case.

Remember to just take your time and dont get to frustrated if something doesnt seem to work right!
