X2 7750 BE against PHENOM II X4 940 BE

When benchmarked in AMD Overdrive my 7750 BE@3.15GHz scored a 7970, while my X4 940 BE@3.55 GHz scored a 7997. Cool and Quiet is disabled on both. So whats up with that? I feel as though either my set up is wrong on the X4 or the test itself is flawed. Anyone have any thoughts on this?
