APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: in the next week, maybe during black friday

BUDGET RANGE: 600-800 after rebates

SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: Gaming, Home Office

PARTS NOT REQUIRED: Monitor, Mouse, Keyboard

PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS: newegg.com

PARTS PREFERENCES: AMD CPU and AMD graphics card (ATI radeon)

OVERCLOCKING: Maybe

SLI OR CROSSFIRE: No

MONITOR RESOLUTION: 1600x900

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: I'm looking for a quiet PC that can run codmw2 on 1600x900 max settings. Below are some of the parts I've chosen. I need some comments on these parts and some suggestions for improvements or cheaper alternatives. Also, since this is my first time building a computer, I need to know if this PC will actually run (everything compatible, nothing missing).

Considering you could have pumped just a X3 7xx for chip your config is way too GPU lite hehe

Your build didn't include the windows 7 cd so it would come out to be around $800. I was wondering if the 4850 can handle codmw2 1600x900 maxed

The HD 4890 is clearly of a different class in game performance The next gulf in class would be the HD 5850 IMO but that isn't on the plate hehe
