ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: must be no higher than 510$ before shipping, i will take other sites if its THAT MUCH cheaper , i would like a graphics card better than 4670 also so please if at all possible thanks :)

At your resolution a 4670 would be fine, but you could switch out the 425 for a 240 in order to more easily accommodate a 4850.
