Do I need more fans?

I'm almost ready to build my system, hopefully this week (goddam 5870 shortage... ),

I was wondering if I'd need more fans, this is my build;

Intel i7 920 CPU (standard fan and cooling gel, although may overclock up to 4 mhz)

Now the case comes with one 140mm fan, but has room to install 2 others, another 140mm and 120mm. My question is will it need it?

I intend to use this for gaming so it will get a bit of work out of it.

Wow thats a lot to spend on ram, swap to something cheaper like these

It should have enough cooling, but if you decide to start OCing add more fans to keep things a bit cooler.

Haha, too late, but besides, I like Corsair as a brand. The only thing I don't have yet is the 5870

I would add the two extra fans, especially the 140mm.
