Suggest a cooler for my 2500k

Hi all,

I want to over clock my 2500k to 4.6GHz and I want a good cooler. I first thought about the h80 vs the nh-d14 but it didn't really help. So I came here, any help would be appreciated. my budget is $100 (a little over wont kill me). I just need it to get the job done, fit in an Antec 1100 case and be on the quiet side. Water cooling or air cooling doesn't matter to me. Thanks.

Noctua D14 or the new CM 812 TPC (if you want find it..)
