Best i7-930 motherboard under $300

I am trying to figure out what the best option for a person with average knowledge of computers and overclocking what mobo would be the best for an i7-930 processor. I want something with at least 3 PCIex16 and able to hold at least 12GB of RAM. I want something that will run with WIN 7. Anybody have any idea's on who is making the most quality board at the moment.

The ASUS P6X58D-E or Premium are both good boards with three PCI-e 16x slots, although you'll need a case with eight expansion slots to use them. Otherwise if you only have a case with seven expansion slots, you'd probably have to go with the MSI X58 Pro-E USB3. Just to note most if not all ATX LGA 1366 motherboards can hold 12GB of RAM and have three PCI-e 16x slots.
