SAS HDD RAID?

Hey all I had a couple of 300gb Seagate Cheetah 15k SAS drives laying around collecting dust and I wanted to put them in my PC so I bought http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16816115053 . I would like to some opinions on setting these drives up as a dual boot with my current 1tb win 7 setup. I am interested to know if what the best option for game performance would be.

RAID0 them if you want the fastest possible performance. It doesn't offer any redundancy, but it does give you the speed you want.
