Do you have a budget or a website you plan to purchase from? It is help for us to know what price range we are working with and what components are available to you.

Based on what you listed & your info., I would purchase the following...

MOBO: gigabyte ga ex58 ud5 or an ASUS P6T board (SE, P6T, P6T Deluxe V2 or P6TD)
GPU: Ati 4890 or purchase an ATI 5800 series card... depending on your resolution. If you are gaming less than 1920x1080, you could drop down to the ATI 4850 and still be good, which might save you some money to purchase 6B of RAM
Case: cooler master cm 690
PSU: I would recommend a 550w plus power supply from Corsair, Antec, Seasonic or OCZ over the Cooler Master if available. Cooler Master is a Tier 3 PSU, so I would recommend going with a better quality brand.
RAM: Look to purchase 6GB to start if you can. You want to look for RAM with at least CAS8 or CAS7 for best performance. Trusted brands are G.SKILL, Corsair and OCZ.
HDD: I would look to get a Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB, if available. It is one of the fastest hard drives on the market.

All other components are fine!!

Quick note on the RAM. You're going to have to start with 3 GB (3x1 GB sticks), not 2 GB (2x1 GB sticks). i7 uses triple channel memory, so to get the best performance, you need to have 3 sticks of the same memory.
