Motherboard choice

I am building a low cost unit for general usage and to play MS Flight Sim. Ideas on best board are appreciated. I don't expect to severely over-clock of use 2 GPU's in the future. Which of the boards would suit me best?


Gigabyte GA-Ma 790 XT-UD4P
or GA-MA 770T UD3P?

CPU Althlon II X4 620
GPU HD 4770

I would stick with the GA-MA770T-UD3P since you're not interested in Crossfire. It's a very nice board for a low price.
