Q9400 60c full load

my q9400 hits 60c full load then gaming is this bad?

60c is fine. If it was 70c or beyond then you might worry.

60C is a bit high if it's at stock speeds, but of course if you're using the punny stock cooler it is to be expected. Anyway, it's nothing really to worry about as long as it stays well under 70C. If you're getting 65C then you may want to reapply the thermal paste. If it gets too hot the CPU will throttle itself rather than burn itself out, but of course running it hot does have a negative impact on it's life span ^_^
