See following review in which the HD 4650 was tested for video quality amongst other cards. It scored pretty high: http://www.xbitlabs.com/articles/video/display/media-playback_6.html#sect0 In the review HD 4600 refers to bothe the HD 4650 and HD 4670. Upvote 0 Downvote
