Looking for a heatsink/fan combo, simple install.

I own a EVGA Z68 FTW 160-SB-E689-KR LGA 1155 Intel Z68 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Extended ATX Intel Motherboard, I'm looking for a heatsink/fan combo to replace the Intel i5 2500k's stock fan/sink, I intend to do some overclocking.

I want a replacement that is simple to install, that snaps into the motherboard with 4 plastic connectors just like the stock heatsink/fan does, I do -not- want to operate on the motherboard, and screw parts in, secure it with a kit. That lead to disaster on my last motherboard, and it's more effort then I want to put in to replace the stock cooler.

Any help is appreciated, budget is $100
