Rampage II extreme vs p6x58 premium

Here in belgium they are available at the same price. Which would you for? I'm opting for the rampage because of the sound card and ROG feautures. And I don't see the point of usb 3 or sata 3 as I can just buy a pci card.

I'd go for the Rampage II Extreme as well, simply because if they're the same price the R2E is a better deal. I don't mind missing on SATA III and USB 3.0, like you I suppose I could just buy a controller card later on.
