1. Mobo -
ASRock X58 Extreme - This mobo has very good features and is one of the best value X58 mobos...

2. Video card -
I would suggest this one rather than that one -
XFX HD 5770 - Though it would be slightly slower in some games than the HD 4870, but you get DirectX 11 so you wouldnt have to upgrade to a DirectX 11 card later on...

Rest are good...And if possible go 12GB with the RAM as it would really help with tasks that you want to do with the PC...
