Enable S-Video on the ATI Radeon 7000 pci

Can someone PLEASE help me... I cannot get the S-Video out on the video card to work when hooked up to my LCD TV in conjunction with my LCD monitor in clone mode. I've installed and played with Catalyst. The RCA video cable works but is horrible. How do I enable the S-Video out? Im gui savy not code savy so english with detailed instructions would be WONDERFUL!

Make sure the INPUT on the TV is selected as S-Video... Video card output is always on...
