i need overclocking dell T3400 bios or any prgoram thanx

Dell doesn't make BIOSes that allow overclocking generally. If they did, why would Joe Consumer buy a $1000 Dell when they can get a $800 Dell and make it run as fast as the $1000 model, understand? They disable all the frequency settings and such. If you go into the BIOS and there is nothing for setting the FSB then there is nothing you can do. Sorry.

Some software utilities can overclock Dell computers to an extremely limited degree, but compatibility is totally hit or miss and it's going to be pretty unstable.

If you want to overclock, you're going to need to build the system yourself. Sorry.
