Aftermarket Cooling [Graphics card]

I just install my aftermarket heatsink and fan and im getting worst temps than when i had my stock cooler
the only thing i might have done wrong is that the fan is blowing ear at the heatsink and not suck air from the heat sink so what do you think the problem is and my fan is really stong i felt the air it blows it extreme.

On stock: 55c Idle
New Cooler and heatsink:71c Idle

You didn't install them right. Also, make sure your case has proper ventilation.
