You need to set the computer to the correct internet connection--broadband, wireless, etc...you need to have the password if there is one, you need to have the administrator allow your connection, unless you ARE the administrator...

shut down all the computers on the network, except yours. Leave yours turned ON
Unplug the power to the modem.
Plug in the power for the modem after about 15 seconds...
now WAIT for all the lights to blink on the modem...about 1-2-3 minutes....

Now unplug the router, wait 15 seconds, plug the power back in, wait 3 minutes...

Now restart the computer...

Check to see that the network is detected. If not repeat, just with modem only, or just the router only.
If you have reset modem and router over and over, could be the computer hardware, software, or something has locked you out of the network.
Check with your internet provider to run an on line test of the modem and other equipment.

To help us assist you, please provide more information:

1) Decribe the issue you are having in detail. For example if its with a specific piece of equipment, include the make and model.
2) When was it last working normally? Since then, did you add/remove any software or hardware?
3) What steps have you already tried to resolve the problem? (rebooted, searched google, etc)
