How to remove the safe mode of my laptop

you need to provide more history and information. when was it working before? what did you install or remove?

the easiest thing to do would be to do a factory reset of the laptop with the recovery discs or the system restore partition.

you have no idea when the last time the computer worked properly?

ok if you are in safe mode, shut down and reboot the computer, see if it starts normally.

when ur pc starts check if ur F8 key is being pressed, try another keyboard,espicially if its USB keyboard
