were can i overclock my GPU?

If you're using Nvidia sometimes they are bundled by card manufacturer (like the EVGA Precision Utility) which you may have to download from their third-party website.

If you're using an ATi card open Catalyst, go into the menu, and select ATi Overdrive, unlock it, and it will allow you to adjust the core and memory speeds as well as let you look at the fan speed, temperature, and processing load.
