32mb or 64 mb can i use either for hard drive

It really doesn't matter what cache size your drive has. In theory, a bigger cache can make the drive perform better. But in practice all drives have enough cache to perform pretty much optimally.

the performance wont be even noticable to the biggest hdd expert. i doubt even a seagate engineer can tell the difference.
i guess even some of the bencmark programs wont be able to tell the difference either...
