Which is better 1333 or 1600? I noticed in the article "DDR3 Memory Scaling On AMD's Phenom II X4" it shows that DDR3-1333 slightly behind the 1600 modules but when it comes to gaming they actually beat out the 1600 modules. So my question is for a system that will be overclocked and built mainly for gaming, which would be better DDR3 1333 with 7-7-7-20 timings or DDR3 1600 with 7-7-7-20 timings?

Really the only difference you will see is if you are OCing pretty high and therefore the 1333 will limit your overclock as you will have to OC the RAM too far. So if your looking to do some serious OCing then get 1600 to give you some room, otherwise go for 1333.
