Questions:

Is everything compatible? Will I need to mod the motherboard for the cpu cooler? Will I need to mod anything? Will the PSU give enough power for everything? Could I overclock this?

None of your links work except the cooler. Due to the link compression you cant copy paste links from another thread. Can you post the link and the part name so that we know what you are considering?

Your cooler is the only link that works and there are significantly better coolers than the zalman ball cooler, take a look at frostytech.com
