FS Mail programme not appearing in menus

Hello,

I am using an old fsmail.net email account but I can't find it on my system even though it is still active to make it my default email account. Can anyone advise me how to do this and why isn't it appearing on any programme/application menus? My feeling is that MS are blocking it as only Outlook is appearing!!!
