Acer Second Harddrive

My Acer Laptop came with Vista and I upgraded it to Windows 7 with the disks they provided me.. The computer has 2 hard Drives. It filled up the first hard drive and would not put info on the 2nd HD. I ran out of space I could not figure out how to get it to store on the 2nd HD so I ended up going to disk manager and activating it. when I re booted it now gives me the bootmgr is missing msg I do not have a windows 7 disk as it was vista when I got it I don't have that one either because it has a hidden partition and only prompts you to make disks when you get it, which I did. But I do NOT want to wipe my computer! HELP! I'm thinking it may have something to do with the dual HDs being connected or the windows 7 uPdate not getting on the 2nd hd.

I made a repair disc, now it asks me for the Recovery Media... I don't want to wipe out my HD!!
