What do you think?

I'm thinking of building a new system with a GIGABYTE GA-MA790GPT-UD3H and AMD x3 720 cpu.
I'm a light gamer (EA Sports games or a first person shooter)
Is this overkill or do you suggest something else

More about what think
  1. What other components are you considering? The GPU is far more important to a gaming machine than the motherboard or CPU choice.
