Please suggest a motherboard

Hey guys.
Here is my config:
intel core 2 duo e4600
2gb trascend ram 800Mhz
160gb WD HDD
XFX geforce 9500gt.


I had xfx geforce 630i/nforce 630i. It was damaged somehow and is out of production. I need to buy another motherboard now.

Please suggest me some good motherboards around 4k INR.
I use my PC for movies, gaming and video editing.


Must have FDD support and Gigabit ethernet

Overclocking support would be appreciated

I can spend max 4k INR i.e max 75 USD

And I hope they are available in INDIA
