Cpu fan not working

when I fix my power cables to my hard drive and CD-ROM devises, my CPU fan refuses to work. But works without the power cables fixed.

maybe ur PSU cant handle it.. some more information about your computer specs would be nice

make sure is everything is fixed, and tightly connected to the power pins..
