DDR3 1600MHz not running as it should

I am currently using Corsair CMX4GX3M2A1600C9 on my GA-890gpa-ud3h <- Is that bad? It says its for Core i5 or something but I'm using AMD... anyway it's running at 667MHz. Shouldn't it be 800MHz? Can someone help me please I think this has to do with BIOs which i am NEW to
