i have the key on hex like F3PG... and i want to convert him to regular password to connect with my laptop to the web

You could apply a new password (presumably to the router) and try putting that on your laptop rather than the converted to HEX version. But better is to copy and paste the existing HEX code from the router to the laptop.

Incidentally, sounds like you are using WEP security -- it's less effective and more complicated than WPA.
