How to OC quad q8300

how could I overclock my Q8300 to 3GHz stable?
My current computer setting:
CPU: Intel 2 core quad q8300 2.5 GHz
Motherboards: ASUS P5K-E
RAM: 4GB DDR2
PSU: corsair 550w
VGA: EVGA GTX 560 Ti 1GB
Windows 7 x64
1920x1080 23" Dell U2311 Monitor
I read a lot of tutorial online and youtube about the OC, but that makes me confuse where I should start.
