No display?

Just bought a new FX proc, new asus motherboard M5A 97, corsair 500cx 80+, Nvidia 550ti, 8 gb s.kill ram.....

This should be enough to boot right? What could be happening? There's also a light that I can activate on the Mobo but the manual isin't exactly clear on what the blinking means....

No display at all on screen, everything turns on all right but no display!

Where's the freaking hard drive?

Aside from that though, try using onboard graphics with out the 550ti. Just to rule some things out.

The mobo DOES NOT have a place to connect the monitor.

Hard is an ssd.

Any error beeps from the speaker?
Try disconnecting one peripheral at a time. Start with the ram, then ssd, then even with out the cpu. You could also try resetting cmos.

The board has a jumper on it labeled clrrt. Set that jumper from pins 1&2 to pins 2&3. Leave it there for two minutes with the power off (unplug it first). You can also remove the round battery on the mobo.

I reseted it i think, still no display at all.... GAH

Did you try disconnecting ram and all that, like I suggested? No speaker beeps?
