4890 compatibility with motherboard

Hi, i type in the searched but i dont find the answer anywhere. I need to know if my Gigabyte - GA-EP31-DS3L will take a hd4890. I'm considering getting the 4890.

why not? it has a PCIE at x16, that's all you need. go for it
