Thermal Compounds

I wanted a good thermal compound for my computer since i dont have much knowledge about those, which one's better:

1)Artic Cooling MX2
2)Arctic Silver 5

Arctic Silver 5 is an older compound. Arctic Cooling MX2 is a newer compound that performs a little better and does not require time to cure.
