Nvidia 8800 GTS with Stuttering Blu Ray

I am pulling my hair out here. I am trying to run my Blue Ray on my Sony Bravia 46 inch LCD. The issues comes when I turn the resolution up above 1400 X 1050. I get a slight Stuttering that is very annoying. This does not happen on my monitor which is 22 inches and is run at 1920 X 1080.

Processor : Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 @ 3000 MHz
Physical Memory : 8192 MB DDR2-SDRAM
DVD-Rom Drive : HL-DT-ST BD-RE BH08LS20 ATA Device
DVI to HDMI cable going to the TV
DirectX : Version 10.00 (updated with latest updates)


Updated the Video Driver
Updated Bios
Updated Chip set
Changed the SATA port the disk drive is connected to
Windows is fully updated
PowerDVD is fully updated

Run this test. If the hardware passes, maybe it's software, the player you are using?

The system passes the test. This is killing me. =)

I'm wondering if it is a scaling issue, at 14 x 10 you would be at 720p or 12 x 7 the next 'stage' would be 16 x 9 which is still 720p and then 19 x 10 which would be full 1080p. what is the res when it starts stuttering?

Solution found! After tons of research I came onto a topic about motionflow and the Sony TVs. I messed around with all the the video/gaming/motionflow etc settings. Something fixed it. I am not sure what one it was exactly, but it is fixed!
