DELL 1600SC Processor Upgrade

Hello,

I am planning to add a second processor to my server. It currently has Dell part # Y0274 Xeon 2.8/L2/533Mhz. Can some one provide me a list of parts or an upgrade kit that I would need? Most of what I found on the internet only list the processor and am not sure if they have everything I need.
