Upgrade Video Card??

I just picked up the Logitech Orbit AF webcam and was wondering if it makes sense to upgrade my video card? Any sugggestions? Would there be any benefit to upgrading card? ANy recommedations? I would not want to spend more than about $75.

For a 75$ as a top price limit you can choose from an extremely small list of VGAs.
Most of them with questionable performance increase than yours.
Lets put it that way YES they will be marginally faster and YES they will support more fancy stuff, but NO it won't make a very big difference to you.
If you are ready to say goodbye to at least 110 $ You can get nVIDIA 250 GTS which will make quite a difference.
I just am not sure if the CPU will handle it i don;t have that much expereicne with Pentium Ds.

Your current card will be perfectly fine with a Web Cam, no need to do anything with your video card for that reason alone. But if there is another reason you feel you need an upgrade, please tell us what it is, and we can offer you some suggestions.

for webcam purposes no, you would be wasting cash due to the video card you have now is sufficient for webcam viewing..... if you were looking for HD viewing caliber then yes....

If you are playing any games or interested in HD video then this is the maximum GPU we can recommend; http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121329 It is an ATI HD4670 anything more powerful would be held back from its full potential by your CPU. You gain excellent HD properties and shader 3.0 which is required in some newer games.
