I agree with tecmo34 Gigabyte is the way in this case.

Now, what do u want to do with the rig? because if u want Crossfire or SLI the UD3R have a problem that is when u use some of those multi GPUs the USB 3.0 isn't supported. The ASUS P6X58D-E is a very solid mobo more expensive that the UD3R but with better features.
