No incoming and outgoing e mails

Hello,
Everything works fine on my computer except
incoming and outgoing e mails.

Everytime I open my e mails, "Your default provider has been changed by a third party" shows up in front of the old e mails.

check the settings in your email client and make sure it is configured properly for your email provider.
