First I'd ask you to tell me what the error is.

Taking a guess....you are seeing a CPU Fan message and when system refuses to boot.

1. Open Case.

2. Check CPU fan .... is it spinning ?

3. If not, is it plugged into the 3 / 4 pin header on the MoBo ?

4. If it's plugged in and still not spinning, turn of machine and try plugging into one of the MoBo chassis headers. Turn on and see if it spins, if it does, you've blown your CPU fan header.

5. If fan is spinning when connected, you can go into BIOS and turn off this protection feature .... however this feature is there to protect your CPU. DO only if you know what you are doing and know how to monitor whether it's working or not.
